Dual nationality citizens allowed to enter Algeria through showing the document that prove it

National Security General Directorate supported the procedures of receiving citizens in border crossings, ports and airports; through strengthening border cops’ number, and eliminating the manual control and inspection by using high tech tools and means with reducing the duration of the treatment of travel documents, in comfortable and safe conditions.

Head of communication cell at the National Security General Directorate, the dean of police, Laroume Amar, who came down on Sunday, as a guest of “DK News” newspaper, said that the General Directorate of National Security took practical measures to fully ensure that passengers who arrive to Algeria through the various border crossings, which includes 11 international airports, 6 ports and 9 land borders, by facilitating the entry procedures of dual nationals, who do not have a visa to enter to Algeria, through bringing any document to prove their Algerian nationality, and the provision of mobile control posts inside the ports, as these procedures are praised by travelers who come to their homeland, Algeria.

Laroume announced, in his assessment of the security services’ activity, during the holy month and Eid al-Fitr days, on the entry and exit of 679 676 passengers, while the cars which crossed the borders, in their different sizes, reached 90040, and are driven by the Algerian community living abroad.

National Security General Manager, in order to improve the public service for the benefit of citizen, and that came as a result of the continuous and specialized training for police elements in the border crossings.”
