Head of the parliamentary group for the Front of Justice and Development, Lakhdar Ben Khellaf, criticized Education Minister, Nouria Benghabrit, after the actions that were taken against the protesters among the economic services staff, and accused her of fomenting the conflict, through “irresponsible statements and applying deterrent and arbitrary actions against them”, asking the PM Sellal to intervene immediately to resolve this dilemma presenting a number of proposals.

President of the parliamentary group of the Front for Justice and Development, Lakhdar Ben Khellaf, sent, on Sunday,a letter to the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal, asking him to find a solution to the issue of the economic services staff who are striking since 90 days, and save the situation without the Education Ministry’s move through organizing a genuine dialogue with the strikers, to settle the collective conflict and respond to the legitimate demands of strikers.
Ben Khellaf added; “Breaking the locks and showing reservation on the documents and financial sums and in-kind payments, and preventing employees from joining their offices, and closing the upgrading doors in their faces, then threatening them to cut off the source of their livelihood, and stripping them of their liberty, are all actions that came within the framework of illegitimate use of the means of the state against the state users.”
“Address the issue of the economic services’ staff, following what they reached from enticements that damaged the educational system, with the quality of service that is provided by these people, and their absence today for more than 3 months, requires strict intervention of the Prime Minister to resolve this dilemma.”
