Education: Exclusion of every new teacher who will not join his job on the School-year’s first day

National Education Minister, Nouria Benghabrit, gave strict instructions to the Education Manager in provinces, to be applied on the ground, so that she urged the need for the exclusion of any new teacher who does not join his job from the first day of school-Year, and directly compensate him/her with the successful in reserve lists, announcing the 15th of October as the date to regulate foreign employment competitions in the administrative corps.

Informed sources told Echorouk that the first responsible for the sector, and during the closed-door meeting that was prolonged, and which gathered managers of Education in provinces on Sunday, at the Ministry of National Education in Algiers, to put the final preparations for the school entry, which will be next Sunday, when the minister will open it from Skikda (eastern Algeria), as she sent several directives to them to apply instructions in the ground, and forced them to dismiss the successful new teachers in employment competitions that were held recently, and those who do not attend their posts starting from the first day of the new school year, and compensate them directly with those who succeded in the reserve lists, in order to fill the vacancy and avoid empty sections.

She also announced, during the same meeting, on determining October 15^th, or before it with a few days, on organizing a “professional exams” to upgrade 45.000 teachers in the three educational stages, in the new ranks, and it comes to the rank of key professor trainer, and this in implementation of what was agreed upon in the lecturers that were marked between the ministry and the social partners, on last March 23, with an automatic conversion by a census of open positions only, as to upgrade all those who have completed their training after  June,3, 2012, and who are under training in primary and middle-phases to the rank of major professor, directly by registration on the rehabilitation and automatic conversion to their jobs, as stipulated in the joint ministerial instruction No. 11 dated on September 22, 2014, to benefit also from the rank of trainer through the training exam.
