Two organizational texts about profitability and pricing of additional hours’ grant currently exist at the government level, National Education Minister, Nouria Benghabrit said at the First Radio Channel.

“Two texts which regulate the framing and pricing of additional hours’ grant exist currently at the government level. Studying these files requires adequate time for discussion. Doors of dialogue with the social partner are still open. A meeting here on Thursday is held with the National Independent Expanded Council of Secondary and Technical Education Teachers. I am ready to receive representatives of the Syndicates’ Bloc, which called for a general strike on February 10,11.”
“I am also ready to undergo accountability by everyone. Dialogue proves that imbalances are related to the Basic Law, which requires a review, in five years for the maximum, with the possibility of resolving some of the problems during this period, and concerning the demands that were lifted by the syndicates’ bloc, the defect lies in the lack of understanding about the demands of contents, as well as in the time that is necessary to be provided for achievement.”
“Frequent resort to the strike option, as a way to solve problems, is unacceptable. Majority of the problems that were raised by the syndicates’ bloc due to the local governance. Ministry is currently working to diagnose problems accurately in each Wilaya to see the number of teachers and staff that are involved in retrospective.”
“Good faith and will exist to solve all the problems of the sector, on condition of giving necessary time to open a long discussion about the sector files to develop the Algerian school and reach international levels.”
