The CD which was distributed to the pupils will not be a substitute and will not compensate the teachers, considering it unreasonable, National Education Minister, Nouria Benghabrit, asserted, from Oran (western Algiers).

Benghabrit added, during the Forum of the Readers Tribune newspaper in Oran, that the goal of this CD is to increase and to enable pupils to double their educational effectiveness.
“Preparation started to launch another CD by April, which is specially directed to pupils who will sit for the final exams, containing topics for exams and model solutions. It is a factor to win time and to remedy the latter delays, which is not very large, due to the progress in this year’s educational program, which reached 70%.”
“Pupils will be tested in the lessons that were realized and that were only taken. Reliance on the “CD” by pupils is the optional subject and not obligatory, without pressure or coercion on someone.Preparation for the Liberation of the Charter on “ethics and stability” in the education sector, and all the concerned parties are involved in the formulation of its contents, such as syndicates and associations of parents of pupils to reach a final settlement.”
“There is a need for community to be part of this matter, to preserve the kid’s rights, such as the right to education as enshrined constitutionally. Like strike is guaranteed by law, education is also a right that is guaranteed and enshrined. Dialogue should be in a structured framework. Negotiations need to be efficient in order to reach a compromise ground between all parties. There are negative effects that are caused by the continued strikes among pupils like violence in the educational environment.”
“There is no secret agreement between the ministry and the syndicates, like the CNAPEST which decided to stop the strike, engage in dialogue and start the studies. Two minutes were signed between all parties, as it will be unveiled soon.”
“Over 7.000 jobs in the education sector will be opened in the National Education sector across the national territory, and this will be announced by the end of March, to enhance the sector with various posts, after competition at a later date.”
