EU Ambassador invited members of the National Coordination for Liberties and Democratic Transition to meet Arab Maghreb Bureau Chief at the African Union. He will arrive to Algeria on Tuesday on a three-day-visit.

The Ambassador fixed the meeting time at 9 am. It will deal with domestic and regional issues as well as partnership perspectives between Algeria and the European Union.

Lakhdar Benkhelaf, member of the Coordination and representative of the Justice and Development front said his party is ready to talk to the EU’s representative.

“We can attend this meeting. Each party’s leader will be present in person in order to enrich the debate,” he told Echorouk.

Former communication minister and member of the Coordination Abdelaziz Rehabi said the invitation does not concern all the members but only mentioned names.

He added that the Coordination will meet on Tuesday to decide about an initiative made by the FFS party. Yet, he was sure that the members will boycott it.

“Tuesday’s meeting at the MSP’s headoffice will end suspicion about the Coordination’s members and alleged internal disagreement,” he added.

“The meeting will come up with a unique decision to say that the FFS’ initiative does not satisfy all the conditions,&rdqu
