FLN leader: Algeria will start 2016 by new Constitution

Secretary General of Algeria’s FLN party Amar Saidani said reshuffle to the intelligence department is not settlement of accounts.
“Changes to the intelligence department was decided by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika. They are part of reforms he had launched for many years,” Saidani told Tout sur l’Algérie website.
He added that the Constitution’s text twill be revealed before the end of the year. “We will start the year 2016 with the new Constitution. The FLN want that to be done in Parliament. Yet, the decision will be made by the President of the Republic.”
