FLN, RND struggle about the Islamic Scouts' Leadership

A declared conflict between the National Liberation Front and the National Democratic Rally, prevailed on who will impose his domination on the oldest mass organization in Algeria, and it comes to the Algerian Islamic Scout that was founded by the Martyr, Mouhamed Bouras in 1936.
This conflict was interpreted in the 11th Congress, which is held here on Thursday at Algiers Palais des Nations, as the two political parties will present their representatives to win the commander in Chief.
The process of gaining support of 700 delegates is in full swing between the two parties in order to nail the position of the General Command of the Scout Organization, as FLN, led by Saadani, took advantage of the instability in the Scout organization, and the loss of its General Commander, Noureddine Ben Brahem, for many reasons, to pull the rug out from the last and the extension of his hand on the Scouts by the candidate and Deputy of the General Commander, Mohamed Bouallague, and restore the organization for him after more than 15 years of loss, while Ben Brahem seeks to maintain his dominance on the Scouts, and the continue in the leadership of this organization for a new custody which will be the fifth.
