French Authorities Extend Contract With TLS Contact To January,31, 2018

French authorities in Algeria announced on Monday the extension of the date for terminating the service contract that is linking their consulates in Algeria to the TLS Contact, which provides services for receiving visas applications until January 31, 2018.

French Embassy in Algeria published a statement on its website stating that “this decision was issued on June,28, 2017, and in view of the terms of terminating of the contract, TLS Contact continues to provide services until January,31, 2018.

“Competent authorities will launch a tender that aimed at ensuring better developments for the Algerian visa applicants and improving the conditions for receiving applicants in Algeria, while ensuring greater control over the efficiency of the calendar and more control over the waiting period.

“Measures will be taken to ensure the transition stage for visa applications after January 31, 2018, and to provide quality service to the level of Algerians’ expectations, and will provide more information on the procedures that will be provided as soon as possible”.
