Higher Education Ministry to reconsider Political Science graduation

Students of political science welcomed the joint decision of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry, together with the public employment directorate, regarding the expansion of job offers to all disciplines of political science, and this is after the open strike, which they launched across country universities, because of the exclusion of their graduation from employment competitions and stop recognizing it.
General Directorate for Public Employment agreed to expand all offers of employment in the public administration to the political sciences, and this after the meeting, which brought together officials at the Ministry of Higher Education with representatives of the political sciences students, as the decision was generalized for all sectors to allow political sciences graduated in the new system to find better employment possibilities for them.
According to the statement that was issued by the Higher Education Ministry, representatives of students presented a number of demands, including the professional integration of the graduates of Bachelor-Master-PhD in political science in various sectors, as the demand of political sciences’ students was realized, after they started a strike, through simplifying and conditioning the training list card, as for the public employment it comes to preparing a list for each branch.
