Housing: AADL 2 new figures
Housing Ministry decided to extend deadlines for calling underwriters of AADL 2 program, both through receiving orders of payment or to complete the missing files for those who were not called, beyond January, 31, 2015, and assured those concerned to continue to take them to open offices of AADL Agency, as well as at 5 July Stadium.
Informed sources at the ministry told Echorouk, this decision was based on the citizens demands, of those requests that have not been called up, as well as those who did not complete their files, as it was decide to summon them to complete their files before giving them orders of payment if the required available conditions, and it was decided to extend the process until the completion of another call, in parallel with solving the problem of the non-arrival of summons to the owners, which is the second reason, upon which the ministry decided to extend the process, as many subscribers registered the return of subscription because of errors in the address or because the concerned changed their addresses.
According to official data that was obtained by Echorouk, until Saturday, the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “AADL” distributed 461.288 orders of payment, of which 115 284 in the capital, which was ranked first in terms of number of subscribers, whose number reached 191 242, and 155 589 were received, then nearly 80.000 remain waiting their summons.
