Hysteria among the missing pilgrims’ families in the holy sites amid continuous search operations

Dozens of the families of the missing pilgrims in the holy sites rushed, after the events of the Hajj stampede in Mina, to launch a large search campaign to get to know their fate, especially since the outcome of the Algerian dead is on the rise, while the incoming news pointed to the injury of dozens who stay in hospitals.

News of a number of pilgrims from various cities of the country stopped, immediately after the Mina stampede events that have left hundreds of dead pilgrims, including Algerians whose number reaches, according to the latest proceeds by the Foreign Ministry to 9 pilgrims, which introduced the families of missing persons in the state of hysteria in search of pilgrims who have not contacted them and did not any sign to this date, including Haj Rashid Khalil, 50, from Aïn Kermes in Tiaret, Haj Bamoussi Mohamed (63), Bassam Kheira, wife of Arbi, Haj Abdelmadjid Djaafar, and Haj Moussa Souihel (50) from Algiers, who is handicapped and uses a chair for moving, in addition to others who were in constant contact by telephone with their families before their calls cut off suddenly.
