“Jawahir Echorouk” website trained Future Women Leaders

For its part, the General Supervisor of the website “Jawaher Echorouk”, Nadia Cherif, said she thought about the idea of the meeting when she visited Malaysia and attended the Seventh International Meeting of Arab Organizations Leaders, where she liked the idea of the performance, the exchange of cultures and experiences, and wished if a similar forum can be realized in Algeria with the presence of international figures, and she found the right opportunity with the website “Jawahir Echorouk”, which is supervised by her since its launch on March 2014, then she realized the idea of training women’s leadership through the organization of a training session. She called an international center, and contacted Basmti Noor El Botoul foundation, and after consultations and exchange of views it was agreed to establish an international forum for Arab women, which is a unique move in the Maghreb region.

“Preparations for an international forum was not easy, because it needs good organization of large and small details for the success of any event. It was an experience and we have learned a lot from it. We will rectify any error in the future editions Inchallah”, Nadia said.

“In fact women become occupied by very superficial things, and if we have included, for example, the subject of eating, artists or dresses, it will attract large attention, but high level subjects, useful and deep ideas only attract the elite”, she added.
