“Khalifa case” programming’s delay on its part that is related to the bank, and the issue of the “desalination of sea water stations” which remains ranged at the Supreme Court drawers, raised questions of the Lower Chamber representatives at the parliament, as the MP for the Justice and Development Front, Hassane Orabi, asked a question to the Justice Minister, about identifying the causes of delaying its programming and uncovering the accomplices in the looting of public money, who were not mentioned in the investigations.

He revealed in the questions’ data the conversion of a significant amount of hard currency in the case that was estimated to $67.5 million, as much as the true price of these two plants reached US $ 2.5 million, an amount that has not been announced in the bills for buying plants, the equivalent to $ 675 million DZD.
Data shows that the two stations have been moved in the month of July, 2002 from the port of Algiers to Zemmouri port in Boumerdes (eastern Algiers), without customs procedures, as the deputy wondered, about the people who were behind the failure to conduct customs procedures, and the reason to keep the case in the drawers of the Supreme Court since 2005, for nearly nine years, especially as all the involved parties were heard, as all legal procedures have been used and are now in the programming stage at the Criminal Court of Blida (western Algiers), unlike the rest of cases that are related cases to the empire of Golden Boy, Abdelmoumen Khalifa, such as  the Bank case.
JDF party’s MP includes in his correspondence several questions that poured in its entirety, in the disclosure of the key accused and his accomplices in the cover up on the looting of public money operations and transferring billions of dollars to foreign countries, and the programming of this issue and determine the public treasury damages, which he said reached more than 3600 million DZD.
“I sent a correspondence to the President Bouteflika in 2005, with a detailed content about misusing public money, which included 13 pages, including definitive evidence about the looting of public funds and embezzlement, under the reference 003 / m ch and / h a / 2005. M, but I did not receive a response.”
