A criminal court in Blida edited Abdelmoumene Rafiq Khalifa’s judgement and 74 other people involved in the Khalifa Bank case. The document contains 1,666 pages, Echorouk has learnt.

Judicial authorities at the court plan to deliver copies of the judgement to different parts.

Earlier in June, Rafik Khalifa was sentenced to 18 years in prison and a one million dinars fine. His properties were confiscated. The other suspects had different sentences while most of them had been jailed since 2007.

According to the same sources, the Higher Court did not schedule the Khalifa case after an appeal made by his lawyers.

According to lawyer Meziane, Khalifa Airways case will be held on November 7th in a court in Nanterre.

The Golden Boy’s lawyer Nacereddine Lazer said his mission is over and will not handle any other case related to Khalifa. “Because of that I can’t make any statement,” he told Echorouk.
