Libyan authorities prosecute the family that disappeared in Tripoli on charges of spying
A source that is close to Khetla family in Constantine (eastern Algeria), confirmed on Wednesday, that the Algerian consul in Libya, is currently present, for security reasons, in Gafsa, Tunisia, and he called the brother of the missing lady, along with her mother, brother and husband in Tripoli, and said that the Libyan authority detained the Algerian family after ending its investigation on charges that are still vague, adding that they will be brought on Thursday before justice.

Cousin of the disappearing lady confirmed, on Wednesday, that a family member who resides in Libya, contacted in the recent days, all the battalions that are active and armed in Libya, as all of them denied the detention of the Algerian family in Libya, then it was found that it is detained by the Libyan authorities, contrary to what the disappeared family though.
As for the accusation that was made against the Algerian family and a Palestinian couple, it was in the beginning, according to a source from the family, spying for the benefit of foreign parties, then it turned to a breach of public order despite the fact that the lady is married in Libya and has residence documents, in addition to the her Palestinian husband who has the Libyan nationality, and neither her mother and brother Abdelhalim need to obtain a visa to enter Libya, as these charges have not been confirmed by the Algerian consulate in Gafsa.
Although the Algerian consul refused to grant assurances for the family, but he said in return that the Algerian authorities have made a great effort for a happy ending to a family that is known for honesty and simplicity, according to all their neighbors in Constantine and Biskra, and who were interviewed by Echorouk, and who confirmed that they do not belong to any party, and have never been charged.
