Mosque Of Paris Opens Doors To The Nomination Of Imams, Female Guides

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments opens, through a declaration that was issued on April 24, the door for nomination at the Paris Mosque in five categories concerned with the key imams and professors, the key religious female guides, the imams professors, the religious teachers, and the teachers’ imams.

In this regard, the Ministry requires that the candidates should meet four conditions in order to be qualified for candidacy for religious service in France, such as a candidate who has demonstrated 5 years of active service at the level, and memorizing the Holy Quran.

The candidate should also speak and write French language, and should not suffer disabilities or diseases that conflict with the job.

Applicants who are eligible for the candidacy and who meet the required conditions can fill out the application form on the website of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments (www.marw.dz) and attach it to the Directorate of Religious Affairs and Endowments for a period that does not exceed 15 days from the announcement that was published on the Ministry’s website, and an electronic copy of the form was sent to the website: intidab@marw.dz.

The Ministry indicated that the application forms that are submitted outside the deadlines are not considered.
