October 27…the date set for “AADL 2″ housing program subscribers to be apprised of location of their new apartments

The chairman of the National Council of Algerian architects, Djamel Chorfi, has revealed that the relevant authorities’ formal response to the subscribers’ chosen sites for the “AADL” 1 housing program will be known within two months at the latest.

He pointed out that the pace of achievement of the “AADL” newly-built housing units is going on according to what was announced to this effect by the housing minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who said that such an operation would be wrapped up in early 2016.

The minister pointed to the existence of a number of ready-made new housing compounds in several parts of the province of Algiers notably in “Djenane Sefari”, “Ouled Fayet” and in “Sidi Abdallah.”

Mr Djamel Chorfi who was the guest Wednesday of a morning interview program broadcast by the First national radio Channel said that the “AADL” housing agency would open its website for those subscribers of the 2013 “AADL” 2 housing program, to allow them to express their wishes starting from 27^th October 2015 regarding the type of their future apartments and also to determine the second installment payment for their new accommodation.

He further stated that construction works are steadily underway in various parts of the national territory for the completion of 1 million and 600 thousand brand-new housing units within the next four years.
