Independent National Council for the Personnel of Teaching in the three-phases of education “CNAPEST”, lifted a detailed report on the problems that may hinder the process of “competition” that is conducted here on Tuesday, through 50 education directorates, because of the terrible rise in the number of candidates whose number exceeded 6,000 candidates in every Wilaya, especially in the primary phase (about 300,000 candidates across all Wilayas), as the the directorates were forced to allocate 3 centers for the reception of candidates in one day to get to know 70,000 successful.

National Secretary in charge of Information and Communication at the Independent National Council for the Personnel of Teaching for the three-phases of Education, Messaoud Boudiba, told Echorouk, that the candidates will face today the committees of selection, which includes inspectors, high schools’ managers, middle schools’ managers, and professors trainers, to ask some questions in exchange for giving them three points, that will be added to marks of arrangement.
“Selection committee is obliged to identify the candidate from the three aspects which are, the ability to analysis and summary, the ability to communicate and capabilities or qualifications, which is considered a difficult task”.
“Problems that may encounter the selection committees when starting their functions is the difficult identification of the candidate from several aspects, and ensuring their wishes, in a few minutes and just in one day, especially since the number of candidates has doubled terribly compared to the previous years, which it may lead to the occurrence of the selection committees in error and therefore it may lost the rights of candidates at the expense of other candidates.”
Messaoud Boudiba, sent an appeal to the National Education Ministry, to invite them to the need to open the door of appeals for the candidates in the “competition”, but with specific conditions for not diluting the process, on the grounds that it is the right of a candidate to criticize the marks, especially since some candidates in the past obtained zero marks, where the exclusion, on the grounds that it is impossible for a candidate who obtained a bachelor’s degree to get a “zero”.
“Result of the competition represents three points of the total 30 points, and despite the fact that the mark  is simple and not large, but it can be the interval in determining the success and failure of the candidate, and can contribute to change the final order.”
It should be noticed that the results of the recruitment competitions will be announced on June 22, immediately after the announcement of the three official exams’ results, as the successful will be subject to a mandatory and preparatory training cross the training centers and improving their level in the second half of July, as to be handed over the appointment decisions before September.
