Recipients of AADL and LPP housing programs to be apprised of their new apartments’ location in late 2015
Minister of housing and town planning and the city, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has stated that the location of the new housing sites due to be achieved for the benefit of subscribers as part of the 2001 and 2002 AADL housing program, along with 4,000 other subscribers whose files has been transferred to the newly-devised promotional public housing LPP program will be known before the end of the year.
He added that the testimony of the “negative certificate” required in the submitted files testifying that the applicant doesn’t own other accommodation has led to the scrapping of 630 files to date.
This has shown, he said, that these 630 irregular files have been turned down because the applicants owed other dwellings or plots of land meant for construction in the light of the necessary investigative procedures conducted by the relevant departments at the finance and housing ministries.
Mr Tebboune also affirmed that the subscribers to the AADL 2001 and 2002 housing programs whose number is estimated at around 90 thousand would be apprised of their exact housing units’ locations by the end of 2015.
He further underlined that these new housing units currently under achievement would be delivered to their recipients by the first quarter of the year 2016 at the latest.
