Italian authorities opened the door again in front of the seasonal foreign employment, including the Algerian employment, as it was decided to resort to 13,000 foreign employees in the sectors of Agriculture, Hotels and Tourism, an operation that came with the news about the revival of Italian economy and the beginning of its exit from the stage of recession.
Nationals of 24 countries, including Algeria will be directly concerned with the share of foreign seasonal employment for this year in Italy, that is known as the flux decree “Decreto Flussi”, which will include sectors like agriculture, tourism, hotels, transport and other sectors, as the process will start here on Tuesday morning at 9:00 am and will continue until December, 31, 2015, and the subscription will completely end via internet, through the official website of the Italian Interior Ministry, that is available only in Italian and English.
Algerians, who already worked in Italy or have a relationship with an owner in this country, will have the largest opportunity to get a work contract, while over 1,500 jobs are allocated for workers who already had an opportunity last year, while the work contracts will be valid for a period of two to three years.
Interior and Labor Ministries did not identify a share for every country in this new decree for the influx of foreign employment, but they received files of the subscribers on the Italian Interior Ministry’s website, while the share of Algeria in the last years reached over 1,000 jobs per year.
