Saadani to Echorouk: “We’ll not sell wind to the people”
Secretary General of the National Liberation Front Party, Amar Saadani, accused some parties of trying to minimize the political initiative that he launched, and which he considers a tool of access to the civil state, which does not believe in nerve and groups, where there is no difference between the military and civilian individuals before justice and there is no place for fears and intimidation.
Saadani criticized the resignation of the political parties and their inability to frame the people and to provide alternatives and solutions.
“Time of selling the wind for the people has gone and finished, and time is now for competition of programs and alternatives. Opposition only sees the President’s chair even through blackening things”.
“We reject the erroneous interpretations and readings that were given to our position, including initiatives of the other political parties, because our perception of the Alliance differs from their perceptions, even though we share some common positions, including our support for the President Bouteflika, and the support of the domestic front, but we disagree in trends, programs and even our leadership in the political scene. When we call for a civil state, it is impossible to do the matter by reference to the one-party era”.
“There are those who work on dwarfing our initiative. We tell them that the establishment of a civil state that we seek, requires the activation of the political action, and strong political parties with their clear programs in the political, economic and social sides, which is the basis of the front that are called upon by all the spectrums of society, in order to establish a civil state that is not built on people and which does not believe in nerve and groups because it is over, a state where the military and civilian individuals are equal.”
