Saudi Arabia identified terms for Umrah and Hajj

Saudi Ministry of Hajj identified the working conditions for agencies that are in charge of organizing Umrah season, and Saudis dealers as well.
Algerian travel agencies received on Wednesday, attached contracts that oblige them to provide an automated system for Umrah with all communication data, so that the ministry, represented in the Department of Umrah will enable companies to communicate with them directly and make sure of access to all controls and instructions directly.
Ministry ordered agencies for the necessity of including contracts with Saudi trader with all labor regulations, as each party should get dues, including the preparation of visas in all periods of work, and the required measures, if there will be a shut down of one of the involved parties, and the measures to be followed if there are defaults, with emphasizing on external agent not to provide any services within the Kingdom, and to provide services inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by the Saudi licensee and cadres that are on its bail, and if the agency will do so, the agent and the Saudi company will be subject to risk of systemic accountability and the application of sanctions.
In parallel with the controls that have been imposed in Saudi agent, Saudi Arabia ordered the agencies which organize the Hajj and Umrah season with the need for the arrival of pilgrims on time, within the services that allow him/her to get a visa, and providing back and forth travel tickets for the pilgrims, and the conclusion of a regular contract with the pilgrims in Algeria through the electronic system and provide the pilgrim with a copy of them, with adding the data of the coming trip and departure flight for each pilgrim, and printing the identification card for each pilgrim or bracelet wrist “Barco” that includes the pilgrim, without neglecting to provide the pilgrim with an awareness bulletin that includes the residential sides, as well as the residence system in Saudi Arabia, and systems and controls of Hajj and Umrah visit, being prepared in coordination with the Saudi licensee.
