Security services dismantle a cell for recruiting youth to fight in Syria

Security services arrested four youth who come from Algiers neighborhoods, and who were planning to join the organization of Annasra (victory) in Syria, and the mediator in the recruitment operation an Algerian who works as legitimate officer “D.M”, who is also called “Abou Muthanna Jazairi” and his assistant “L.A”, who is also called “Abou Ahmed Sharai”, as the arrested were detained in El Harrach prison.
According to the merits of the case, which were discovered by the mobile team of the Judicial Police, the detainees “S.A”, who is residing in Kouba (Les Issers), “A.R” from Bab El Oued, and “T.A”, who is a university student, who resides in Baraki, is suspected of trying to join a terrorist group that is active abroad “Organization of Al-Nusra Front”, praising and encouraging terrorist acts, as the so-called “S.A”, who is also nicknamed “Anas Abi Abd al-Bar” wanted to join the armed organization “Al-Nusra Front”, and accordingly to that, he was arrested at the level of the transport station of Ben Omar in Kouba (Algiers), and then he admitted to investigations, that he had a relationship with a young man from the city of Bordj Bou Arreridj, whose uncle is detained in the cases of the terrorist attacks against the Government Palace and the police station center in 2007, and the he talked to him about family and religious matters, which developed to a Jihad discussion issues inside and outside the house, and priority should be Jihad in homeland.
Investigators found that the young man from Kouba was persuaded of the need to join the organization of Al-Nusra Front since 2013, and discussed the ways to have a relationship with someone he can recruit, where he checked out the jihadi websites on the Internet, and found the so-called “Abou Muthanna Al Jazairi” from Alcalitus, and who works as a legitimate officer in charge of recruitment in Syria, the latter also knew a young man from Bab El Oued called “A.R”, and is nicknamed “Abu Oussama”, and the two were communicating with” Abu Muthanna” through Facebook account under ” Khairo Milano”.
Another person named “B.A” was arrested because he knew the desire of his friends to join the armed organizations, is and mediated between them and the owner of a travel agency, in order to help them to get access to the Turkish soil, as a first step before crossing the border to Syria.
Several identical sources reported that another young man from Baraki disappeared two months ago and joined the armed organizations in Syria, as one of his friends said in a telephone interview, that he was able to cross the Syrian-Turkish border, while a youth 20 from al-Calitus was killed in Syria unrest, and the concerned joined the armed groups before this period.
