Students, teachers escape after a period of training abroad

Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry confirmed on postponing the application of the residence of training grant abroad for students who repeat the year, with no extension of this grant outside the legal time limits of the training, while they have to provide payroll points and card of pedagogical follow-up to renovate the grant, a decision which regards also the professors who are asked for preparing a report on the scientific activity abroad, in terms which does not exceed the end of August, and return immediately after the end of the training’s legal term abroad.
Higher Education Ministry prepared a calendar for the renewal of the scholarship for the university season 2015/2016, for students and professors who benefited from long-term residential training abroad, and those who have not completed the legal period within the framework of the Extraordinary National Program or cooperative program, as the matter requires the personal presence of the concerned at the level of the Political Science institute, and International relationships in Algiers, in the period between August, 24 and 27 thereof, with the identification of the reception days, according to the country in which the teacher or the student resides.
Instruction of the Directorate of cooperation and exchange between universities at the ministry, has been directed to various recent university institutions, as the grant cannot be extended, if the training’s legal limit was pre-defined, and the grant will be suspended in case of failure until the transition to the next year, with the obligation of beneficiaries from long-term training abroad to carry out the procedures for the final return in three months after joining the discussion and join the position of the work that he brought him, with the threat with taking legal action in case of non-compliance with these instructions.
