Algerian Gendarmerie prepared a list of criminals' names to stop 'Guerrilla War' in neighborhoods

Gendarmerie command gave instructions to protect public security, persons and properties in the new neighborhoods, and in the context of the reduction of guerrilla war in the neighborhoods, National Gendarmerie services created a card for criminals with precedented judicial charges, in old neighborhoods and delivered it to its counterpart in the new neighborhoods.

In this context, commander of the Regional Group of National Gendarmerie in Algiers, Colonel Ghali Beleksir, said it is within the context of the good conduct of various deportation operations that are programmed by Algiers, and which fell within the framework of the government’s program to eliminate the chaotic and fragile houses, and granting houses again for residents who live in public buildings.
Leadership of the group in coordination with the eligible local authorities collected all information and data on persons with bad biography, and those who have been deported, and put it at the disposal of the units, that came within their competences, especially since a field study by the same services was conducted on the reasons of the guerrilla war, and showed that it aimed to lead the residential neighborhoods by delinquents judicially unprecedented persons.  
In the same context, Colonel Beleksir said several buildings were allocated in the mentioned districts for the benefit of the National Gendarmerie units, for the establishment of new security teams (5 regional security teams, platoon and intervention security services), as it will enter into service in the next few days. 
In another context, in the framework of combating crime across Algiers territory, Colonel Beleksir revealed that over 657,000 people, and nearly 183.000 vehicles were subject for inspection. However, over 238 cases on various crimes were treated, of which 254 people were placed in temporary detention.
“Over 20 cases that are related to informational crimes were registered, through which a hacker who penetrated data about state institutions was arrested”.
“Gendarmerie units were able to put an end to 10 cells of narcotic drugs’ trafficking, which resulted in booking 46.175 kg of cannabis and arresting 37 involved people. 15 cells out of 29 competent cells which are specialized in car theft have been dismantled, and  122 women and 46 minors are involved in various issues of general crime. 
“A cell for the protection of environment, controlled more than 1000 institutions which are classified as factories and stone quarries, where 471 violations were registered, like the lack of having the licence to exploit a classified property, and the non declaration with the quantity and nature of the special and dangerous wastes, and 14 violations about neglecting special and dangerous wastes.
