Benflis deposited file of his party's accreditation again

Statement issued by Benflis after depositing the file shows that the party takes its strength from the ‘Unity and Inclusion Spirit’, and the founding members, who belong to all social categories and who represent other professional sectors, pointing out that the disclosure which took place on this occasion, has proved that the party’s constituent file that was deposited is completely identical to the legislation in force, while the concerned department vowed to send a receipt to the representatives of the founding members, after it was signed by the Ministry’s Secretary-General, on Sunday, according to the organic law that is governing political parties.

Ministry services identified two reasons for rejecting the first file, the first reason is related to the nomination of the party and the second is the individual or collective form of the founders’ commitment to respect the Constitution and laws, on one hand and holding the founding congress of the party within one year of licensing its convening date, on the other hand.

Benflis said the founding members’ conviction was and is still showing that these actual observations, for the first and for the two is legal and have basis in reality.
