Education: 30,000 DZD discounted from the striking teachers' profitability grant

Which would increase the discount from the striking teachers’ salaries. 

Ministerial publication, which was sent by the Director of Finance at National Education Ministry, on March 8, to education managers in Wilayas, inspectors and managers of educational institutions, No. 39, includes how to assess and expend the grant of improving educational performance for the sector’s staff, which includes three key elements, which are attendance in both absences and delays, training and participation in seminars, and the initiative, which is usually calculated on 40 points, and therefore the ministry included through the Finance Directorate, amendments to the attendance component, which includes absences and delays, so that this element has become calculated from 0 to 16 points, adding four points, and thus the absences are marked from 0 to 12, and it shall be deducted 6 points for each absence, with a deduction of 12 points from the absence of two days or more per month. 

As to the “delays” they will be calculated from 0 to 4 points, with a discount of two days for each delay, and discounting 4 points, if the delays reach two or more per month.
