Four Ministries Adopt Tamazight In Their Documents

Si Hashemi Assad, General Secretary of the Tamazight supreme supervision, announced on Sunday that four ministries are preparing to issue documents in Amazigh language, and a committee of translators was created to work on the project.

“Ministries of Water Resources, Energy, Transport and Tourism will issue documents in the Amazigh language”, he said on the sidelines of a national forum in Timmimoun (southern Algeria), without giving a date.

“We have taken the initiative by recruiting a group of university graduates and translators on concrete projects. The process will begin with documents that are widely used by citizens such as electricity, gas and water bills”.
