French Government Urged to Halt Heinous Killings Targeting Algerians In France

Ms. Boughdiri Massaouda, Peace Ambassador to the International Coalition of Rights and Freedoms, has firmly condemned the criminal acts that targeted some members of the Algerian community on French soil in what she described as racist murderous attacks against peaceful Algerians residing in France.

The murder of 13 Algerian nationals in various ways, most of them hailing from the eastern Aures region and specifically from the province of Khenchela, in the French cities of Marseilles, Lyon and Paris, in murky circumstances are still to be unveiled by the relevant French authorities, she asserted.

In a press statement, Ms.  Boughdiri recalled the cruel death of 28-year-old Algerian Naim Fatimi, who was shot dead by a hail of bullets after leaving a Marseille mosque, followed by a shooting incident from which another Algerian national named Zarfa Yazid, aged 26, passed away less than 48 hours later due to his severe injuries in hospital.

The body of Kahl Mohammadi Farid, 53, was found inside a cellar in the center of the city of Lyon.

Another heinous crime targeted Algerian Guerfi Yassin, 51, who was found dead inside his family home in central Paris, horribly slaughtered from vein to vein.

All of them are Algerians hailing from Khenchela province, and thereby Ms. Boughdiri wondered whether all these appalling crimes were organized or were deliberate crimes.

The Ambassador of Peace to the Organization of the International Alliance for Rights and Freedoms, for the Paris region, therefore called on the French authorities to ensure the protection of foreign nationals, including Algerians, who are  scattered in various cities on French territory, and to put an end to these heinous crimes targeting Algerians.
