Housing: AADL subscribers will know their apartments numbers before the end of 2015

Housing, Urbanism and the City Minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressed commitment to grant the document of “customization” to AADL subscribers by the end of 2015, as every subscriber who is registered in the program will know apartment and building numbers in the place of residence, to take advantage of the housing by the beginning of 2016.

“Request for the negative document before paying the second half of the housing value, is natural and normal, because this document is required in various residential formulas.”

Tebboune, asserted on Saturday, in a press conference, which he held with the Sports Minister, Mohamed Touhami, on the sidelines of an inspection visit which led him to July 5, Olympic Stadium, to stand on the progress of works of rehabilitation, that the procedure that is related to the requirement to include negative certificate in the housing files is applicable in various formulas, as it enables definitively to determine the true number of housing subscribers, through the abolition of the beneficiaries who are uncovered by this document.

 Tebboune reassured, about what is being said about the possibility of realizing various programs that were previously announced, by saying; “Each program that was announced is done”.

“There is a delay in the launch of 27.000 housing units because of bad weather; as the latter will be launched soon. Over $ 7 billion will be allocated soon for public sector housing in 2014.”

“July 5 Olympic Stadium, will be ready to receive the final match of the Republic Cup on May. Completion and re-configuration operations have been conducted through adopting high technologies, including the technology that prevents water leakage rate by 100%.”

“Financial envelope will be announced after the works will end completely. The most important thing at the moment is to save this historic landmark. July 5 Olympic Stadium will be expanded by order of the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal, to accommodate 14.000 additional seats. Specialized laboratory is currently studying the quality of the soil and their conformity to receive these new bleachers for good construction.
