The suspect added that he was able, thanks to someone who told him that he belonged to the intelligence of a Gulf state, to escape from Syria, negotiating with the Algerian party, and preventing his return later by the Turkish authorities.
The arrest of the accused took place in January 2015, following the investigations that were initiated by the Anti-Terrorist Task Force in the context of continuing the monitoring of the suspicious movements of Salafist elements regarding the enrollment of a student of the Industrial Systems Division who was arrested at the airport of Houari Boumediene after his deportation to Algeria, after he was caught by the Turkish authorities at sea by boat with a group of people from different states, who were detained in a refugee center.
