Italy Ambassador To Algeria:”We Will Invest In Repairing 40.000 Elevators In Algeria”

Italy will soon inaugurate the first factory for elevator industry and elevators’ repair in Telemcen (western Algeria), Italian ambassador to Algeria, said on Tuesday, during his visit to the Iveco truck factory in Oulad Hadadj in Boumerdes (eastern Algiers).

“Algeria currently contains 40.000 elevators, many of which are not functioning, whether in buildings, companies or hotels, which makes the field of investment in elevators promising and profitable in view of the absence of companies that are active in this field”.

“Italy will also open the first cement factory and launched a major project in the food industry, and in the field of cars”.

“Iveco truck factory in Algeria is only the beginning, as a series of negotiations are launched with Algerian customers to inaugurate the first factory for Fiat in Algeria, according to the conditions that are set by the Algerian government, especially since the “Fiat” mark is well-known for Algerians and must be reintroduced into the Algerian market by local installation”.
