Leader of the Workers’ Party, Louisa Hanoune, called upon President Bouteflika’s brother, who is also his adviser, to intervene to stop what she called the deviation at the level of state institutions, and this in his capacity as an adviser to his brother, the president, whose health conditions do not allow him to do all his duties.

Louiza Hanoune, added during the opening of the regular session of the Workers Party Political Bureau, on Friday in Algiers, that the President’s Adviser is in front of a responsibility to stop the deviation in the state, and he is historically responsible if he’ll not do that, on the grounds that “Bouteflika’s health situation does not allow him to carry out all the duties”.
“Remnants of the one-party are responsible of the deviation and the problems of the country, including the crisis in Ain Saleh. Remnants of the one-party caused Ain Saleh crisis”.
With regard to the industrial groups which were developed by the Industry Ministry recently, the leader of the Labour Party said; “Replacement of national companies and their integration into these companies is an overlap between the sectors, which facilitates the looting and corruption in front of predators from home and abroad”, at the time she criticized the economic base 51/49 and said; “If it will be distorted, this will open the opportunity for unknown Chinese families to invest and take advantage of the distortion that occurred.”
“Party’s Central Committee, recently recorded several large corruption operations at the national level, especially those related to looting property under private investment. Corruption files and the alarming looting of state properties is in the ever-growing. Corruption in every authority. Accounting Council can not control all institutions because of the rampant size of corruption.”
“Prior elections and a deep constitutional reform, would solve the country’s problems, including Ain Saleh crisis, where the population needs recognition by the state. Administrative division is one the solutions to go out of the crisis in the region.Division will takes into account the sociological aspect, the history of the region, and representation in elected assemblies.”
