Maj. Echorouk sources told Echorouk that the President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, will sign during these days, the presidential decree under which there will be the appointment and termination of the functions of a number of managers at the General Directorate of National Security, in accordance with suggestions that were made by Maj. Gen Hamel.
According to the data that is available to Echorouk, Maj. Gen. Abdelghani Hamel ended the functions of a number of officials in the police service, having exceeded the legal age, 60, according to the instructions of the Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.
Echorouk information show that tasks for new officials who will be successors of ancient officials, over the next few days.
Echorouk sources added that the first dean of police Mohamed Berkouk, was appointed on top of the most important department in the Police Forces, Human Resources Directorate, having served as the hiring manager and selection in the same directorate, succeeding Colonel Mohamed Ben Irad, who was transferred to serve as the director of health and social activity and sports, succeeding the first dean of the police Bou Ahmed Boubaker, who was summoned for other tasks.
