Maj. Gen. Guaid Salah: “Armed Forces should confront any possible terrorist attacks”

National Defense Vice Minister and Chief of Staff of the National People’s Army, Maj. Gen Ahmed Gauid Salah, ordered his forces to exert more efforts to eradicate terrorism, especially after the security services’ success in combating terrorism, and eliminating the terrorist Abdelmalek Kori, leader of the terrorist organization “Djound el Khilafa”, “Soldiers of the Caliphate”, which belongs to “Daesh in the Sham”.
“There is a need to put a special security plan to face any terrorist act which terrorist groups are ready to implement, in response to the killing of one of their heads”, he asserted.
Maj. Gaen. Guaid Saleh sent a special greeting to the army in charge of the fight against terrorism and organized crime, and stated the operation which enabled, since two days ago, the overthrowing of the leader Djound al-Khilafa, Abdelmalek Kori, without mentioning his name.
Statement that was issued by the Defense Ministry, which copy is available to Echorouk, said that the National Defense Vice Ministry’s Chief of Staff of the National People’s Army, Maj. Gen. Guaid Saleh, reiterated on Thursday the efforts that are done in the fight against terrorism and organized crime, which recently culminated in the elimination of many dangerous criminals.
“Armed troops called for more efforts and vigilance to continue to fight this scourge on our society with best efforts”.
Chief of Staff of the National People’s Army, Ahmad Guaid Saleh, called upon armed troops to continue the fight against the remnants of terrorist and combat attacks with best efforts.
“All the necessary means have been recruited to clean up Algeria from remnants of terrorist gangs, with adherence to the spirit of the provisions of the Charter for Peace and National Reconciliation.”
“Armed forces with all its units had been able to tighten the grip on the remnants of terrorists and continues to abort their plans and dispersing their sources. In the present time, they are facing pursuit and get food from criminality and banditry in alliance with criminal cells, and smuggling mafia.”
