New regulatory systems to expose embezzlement in post offices

New and effective control systems, that detect and prevent embezzlement, especially those that usually occur in post offices, are launched across the country, Minister of Post, Information and Communication Technology, Zahra Derdouri.
Minister pointed out, in a press conference, on the sidelines of an inspection visit of the sector, explained that these regulatory regimes help to provide quick information, which prevents the occurrence of fraud or embezzlement at the post offices.
In a related context, the minister, Zahra Derdouri, said that all municipalities of republic will be connected with fiber-optic network by the end of 2015, as the operation of all educational institutions and administrative offices through a large project that aimed at improving phone services and Internet in all cities.
“Ministry is proceeding with application to connect all rural areas with a new network of fixed telephone and Internet via a new program which will give the residents of these areas incarnation opportunity to use modern technology and contribute to the isolation.”
“Conditions are favorable for the implementation of this project, and wait for receiving them in no more than 24 months, in order to address the problem of the lack of infrastructure and the weakness of the postal service at the level of post offices in Algiers”.
