Noureddine Belmeddah: “Algeria Ambassador To Madrid Is Responsible Of The Illegal Immigrant's Death”
Algeria Ambassador to Madrid, Taous Ferroukhi, is responsible for the death of the Algerian young illegal immigrant, Mohamed Bouderbala, in the Spanish prison of Archidona in Malaga, where over 5000 Algerians suffered bad conditions in the same Spanish penal institution, Algeria MP of the community in the fourth region of Europe except for France and the Americas, Noureddine Belmeddah, said.
Belmeddah told Echorouk that Algeria Ambassador to Madrid and during her reception by the Spanish Interior Minister, he informed her that they would transfer Algerian detainees to a new prison that had not yet been inaugurated and did not have the necessary necessities (water and heating).
“Although the Spanish minister told the Algerian ambassador that the riot control company will be the one that will guard these Algerian immigrants, but she accepted”.
“The Ambassador’s acceptance of these matters, which I have been informed by the Spanish Minister of the Interior, makes her responsible for the killing of this Algerian illegal immigrant, and for the responsibility of the Algerians’ suffering and their miserable situation which they have experienced”, he added.
The MP Belmeddah explained that while the death of this Algerian young man is neglected, with the situation of dozens of other illegal immigrants, by the Algerian Embassy to Madrid, the Algerian Foreign Minister preserved its face by receiving the family of the deceased by the Minister, Abdelkader Messahel, to hear their concerns.
Spanish autopsy of the body of Mohamed Bouderbala explained that the cause of death was suicide by hanging, but the testimonies his Algerian friends confirmed that he was subjected to a brutal assault by the Spanish police, especially in the presence of videos showing how police brutally treated Algerian prisoners.
