Pensions’ fund which is allocated for divorced women who have kids, intended to provide moral and material conditions for them, Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s issues said.

“This fund will acts on behalf of the needy and disabled husbands, who are unable to pay a pension, until being able to so”, highlighting the role of the state which will take care of the family in the hope that the wife will return back to her husband.
Mounia Mouslim, during a visit to the National Center for the Reception of Girls and Women, who are victims of violence and are living in a difficult situation, in Bousmail in Tipaza, denied the criticism against this fund that was considered as a factor to encourage women to divorce and thus dispersing the family.
“Algerian state is acting on behalf of the husband who is impotent physically and protects kids from being lost, and taking care of the divorced women, hoping to find a source that improves circumstances, what would soften the relationship between a divorced woman and her divorced husband, in order to gather the family again, and thus the role of the state also aims to help the man or husband to save the dignity of the family that is bearing his name”.
She said in another context, that Algeria reached the allocation of 5 care centers for women who suffered violence and takes care for them temporarily until they will find material and moral solutions, and insisted that the sector is keen not to deprive women of a family environment permanently.
