Said Saadi's crazy statements led him to judicial investigation on charges of defamation
Sidi M’hamed court prosecutor asked for the opening of a judicial inquiry against the former President of the Rally for Culture and Democracy, Said Saadi, for the charge of defamation against the former presidents, Ahmed Ben Bella and Ali Kafi, in addition to Massali El Hadj.
Karima Massali El Hadj attacked Said Saadi and described him as an ignorant, and history will prove who is the patriot and who is the traitor, while the ‘suspect’ Saadi only gave a brief statement in his face book page, as he said: “I take full responsibility for my statement, which I made in Sidi Iche and they are registered and documented’, threatening Karima Masali El Hadj of launching a judicial follow-up.
According to a statement that was issued by the court of Sidi M’hamed in Algiers, the movement of justice and asking to open a judicial investigation on RCD party former leader’s statements against former presidents, (according to what was reported by some mass media and that were made by Said Saadi, during a symposium that he held on January, 2, 2015 in Sidi Eiche in Bejaia, that contained the attribution of facts that affect the honor of late former President, Ahmed Ben Balla, and former President, national and historical person, the late Massali El Hadj.
