Families of a number of illegal immigrants, who were accompanied by Miloud Boudrebala, who recently died in Archidona prison in Spain, revealed that illegal immigrants are facing terrible pressure to give certificates of acquittal of the police of this country from the blood of their friend Bouderbala.

These families that come from the city of Mostaganem and the towns of Sidi Lakhdar and Ouled Boughallem, told Echorouk, that a large group of illegal immigrants are living under pressure recently, where the Spanish authorities use means of encouragement and intimidation at the same time, in order to force them to testify with the investigating judge in line with the Spanish police statements, which considers the death of Bouderbala a suicide.

A number of illegal immigrants revealed in contacts with their families that the Spanish authorities offered them assistance in providing permanent and legal residence in Spain in return for providing certificates that reinforce the police’s statements. However, the illegal immigrants maintained correct testimonies about violent and racist methods in the treatment of prison guards and police with them, which would upset the balance of judicial investigation that is demanded by the defense organization which is led by the lawyer “Amanda” in the context of the appeal procedure against the defense, that was submitted by the defense to the investigating judge, where the father of the victim, Hammou Bouderabala told Echorouk, that he refuse to receiving the body of his son only after authopsy of the body by a neutral forensic team.

Family of the dead illegal immigrant express astonishment of the silence of Algerian MPs in the National People’s Assembly for Mostaghanem  province (western Algeria), who have not moved since the beginning of the tragedy, and kept silent, as they did not contact them to inquire about the developments of the case that have crossed the country’s borders and turned into an international public opinion issue., through the strong support that is expressed by civil society organizations in Spain and abroad.
