National Armed Forces Celebrate 50th Anniversary of Independence
Minister Delegate at the Ministry of National Defense, Abdelmalek Guenaizia, supervised the official opening of the exhibition that was organized by the National People's Army within the framework of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Independence, at the Algerian Company of Fairs and Exports "Safex" entitled "Memory and Achievements" .
Abdelmalek Guenaizia visited, along with the Minister of Mujahideen (war veterans), the Minister of Health, the Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, and the General Manager of a number of ministries and the deans of the Ministry of National Defence, the various exhibition's wards, including that of the marines, air force, navy, air defense forces , National Gendarmerie , the Republican Guard, and the various departments as well, such as the central directorate of the hardware and the signal and the national service, health, military and the Directorate of communication, media, and the Directorate of the Nation's Sons, and the social services ect.
Training structures, in turn were present at the exibition of the National People's Army "memory and achievements" through the Military Polytechnic School and the Nationale Preparatory School of Engineering, along with a large participation of the training structures, which belong to the Military Academy of the various weapons, at the wing that is dedicated to the leadership of marines forces.
Exhibition of the National People's Army, according to officials and organizers, is primarily seeking to perpetuate the history of the National Liberation Army, which is full of glories and tournaments through the National People's Army, which gives a great importance to the national history, to ensure continuity and communication between the generations.
