Algeria lost $6.2 billions due to pollution

The same source revealed that Algeria holds the second position in Africa after Tunisia in terms of environmental protection and the 72nd out of 141 countries worldwide, a recent study carried out by experts in the sector.

M Tolba went on saying that his ministry is looking for a genuine environmental policy to reduce pollution and enhance air quality in Algeria, by setting up some 80 recycling centers with the collaboration of panel of ministries.
