Algeria summons Egypt’s ambassador over media campaign

Algeria summoned Egypt’s ambassador Friday to transmit its concerns about escalating media campaign following Wednesday’s World Cup play-off in Sudan.
- “Foreign ministry summoned Egypt’s ambassador to Algeria on November 20th, 2009,” the ministry said in a statement.
- “Foreign minister Mourad Medelci gave the ambassador the responsibility of transmitting Algeria’s concerns about the escalating media campaign to his country.”
- “Medecli expressed his hope this campaign ends. Algeria took all the measures to restore calm before, during and after Saturday and Wednesday’s matches. It set up a reinforced security system to ensure the safety of Egyptian nationals and their belongings in Algeria,” said the statement.
- Egyptian TV satellite channels’ fierce campaign against Algeria’s people escalated after Egypt’s defeat in Wednesday’s World Cup play-off in Sudan.
- Hundreds of Egyptian angry fans have demonstrated next to the Algerian embassy since Thursday. They burnt Algeria’s national flag, chanted anti-Algerian slogans, broke cars and shop windows.

From an Algerian living in Egypt and who knows Egyptians very well !
Al what i can say to this gentleman is that you should go and tell this to the israel who is runing you so called country, you do not have the right nor knowledge about history, what i think is that you've reading too much israeli books, because i can see where you are pointing at, ALGERIA is bigger than you or who ever has this grudge and maybe some days when you become mature enough send me an email and maybe i said maybe i'll book you in for some free history lessons, as you not a single idea about that, and for your informations, i know egyptians very well, they master lies and comedy, and they are full of shit unfortunatly with excetion of some scholar, but the rest are good for recycling. Mr ahmed, stick with your comedy and comedians and let the grown up live, and ALGERIANS dont hate you by the way, but they feel sorry for you, because you are some arrogant ,greedy,....pieces of crap and hope that some day and when we see the israeli flag out of egypt, than we can talk, so remember that ALGERIANS are far far far to be judged by a stupid country like yours, and sorry i have giving you enough time , i have to go and if you feel that you need counceling, please and please email me. It will be then when the world will truly see how the desert arabs go about with their lives when left alone.
As a person currently living in Egypt, they basically claim that the Algerian gov sent militia troops with knifes and warrior meals to the Sudanese match through military planes.
Whereas the other sides claims, well you know..
It's obvious how a football match mixed in with a couple of bored propaganda charged politicians can do to a who people.
It will be then when the world will truly see how the desert arabs go about with their daily lives.
As a person currently living in Egypt, let me tell you that Egyptians love everyone, including Algeria, unfortunately most Egyptians also love the media..
So media basically claim that the Algerian gov sent militia troops with knifes and warrior meals to the Sudanese match through military planes.
Whereas the other sides claims, well you know.. barbarians.
